Teaching & Workshops

Spaces Where
People Can
Think Differently.

Courses, workshops, and programs that take the hard questions seriously.

I teach courses that ask uncomfortable questions. Not because discomfort is the point, but because the questions themselves are uncomfortable, and pretending otherwise does nobody any good. My classroom is a space where theology meets real-world contexts. Genuine encounter across difference creates dissonance, and it is within that friction that transformative learning occurs. I have taught across institutions and formats: semester-long courses at Emmanuel College, intensive workshops for the Canadian Council of Churches, and keynote addresses for organizations working at the intersection of faith and justice.

Teaching Philosophy

“Learning occurs through genuine encounter across difference. It is in this dissonance that true transformative learning occurs.”
