Program
Strategy
& Execution.

Managing the full lifecycle of social and educational programs, from concept to sustainable delivery.

I bring seven years of NGO program leadership to every engagement. Managing budgets of $800K+, coordinating participants from over 40 countries, and building the logistical and relational infrastructure that makes international work actually function: this is not theoretical for me. It is the work I have done, and continue to do.

I work with organizations that have a vision but need help translating it into executed reality. That means diagnosing what is blocking progress, designing the right structure for the program, and staying with the work from concept through evaluation.
